  • Upon request, Council can collect old furniture, mattresses, white-goods, electronics and other big household items.

    Council Pickup (Bulky Items) is usually Wednesday. Place items on footpath Tuesday evening, the night before scheduled collection. Do NOT leave on Savoy property. Attach information re Order Number and collection date.

  • The storage space adjacent to the waste room is a shared room with limited space available. Every Lot should have equal access – ideally no more than 3x medium size boxes.

    Oversized items to be minimised.

    Bikes should be identified, ideally no more than 1 bike per Lot.

    Rear storage room to have only ‘heritage’ items. All no heritage/original building parts will be removed.

  • Store room should be used for items that are needed occasionally and don’t fit in your unit such as power tools, ladders, seasonal items, bikes, etc.

    The store room is NOT to be used for long-term storage of unused household goods, furniture, clothing, and building materials.

    No inflammable chemical, liquid or gas, any explosive, corrosive agent or compound or toxic substance or other inflammable material can be stored in the basement. Any item(s) of this nature will be disposed.

    Please note that leaving your items in common areas can result in them being lost, stolen, or thrown away. The Board takes no responsibility from loss of goods.

    The Board organises a yearly clean-up.

  • The rooftop terrace is currently undergoing repairs. This space will become available to residents and guests mid 2024.

    Please note that noise should be kept to a minimum and access should be restricted from sunrise to sunset with exceptions such as New Year eve unless otherwise approved by the Board.

  • A Pet Application Form will need to be filled and approved by the Board prior to a tenant or resident bring a pet into the buildings. The form can be found here.
